Progressing In Work
Our support and work for you does not stop there.
Once in your new role there will be continued dedicated resource from us, for up to two years on our Work Programme contracts, to ensure that you are settling in to your new surroundings and position.
We will work with both you and the employer to make sure that this is a career that you are embarking on and our sustainability rates across all contracts that we run allows us to know that we are getting this process right.
You have made this leap and we are delighted to see so many people who come to us, both nationally and through so many differing contracts, realise their ambition.
Danske’s Senior HR Business Partner, Niall McGarry, said “As a customer centric organisation, it is important that we monitor customer satisfaction on an ongoing basis to help us react to changing customer needs and deliver high quality services. By working in collaboration with PeoplePlus NI in the design and delivery of our NVQ programme in Customer Service, it gives us a fantastic opportunity to widen our range of training and development options for our teams, providing a vocational solution that complements other training and development programmes offered by Danske. I believe our partnership with PeoplePlus NI gives us the advantage in being able to access the Apprenticeships NI Customer Service NVQ programme in a way that meets the requirements of our busy multi-channel contact centre operation”.
