We currently offer the following qualifications to tailor:

  • Improving Operational Performance (BIT) Level 2 and 3
  • Customer Service Practitioner Level 2
  • Team Leader Level 2
  • Team Leader/Supervisor Level 3
  • Operations/Departmental Manager Level 5
  • Business Administration Level 2 and 3

We also offer sales, hospitality, manufacturing, warehousing /logistics and food processing.
