Self-employment with the New Enterprise Allowance (NEA)
We are the prime contractor for the NEA start-up programme in Greater Manchester and Cheshire, Birmingham, Black Country and Solihull, and Scotland. We also deliver in Newport and Cardiff as a subcontractor. If you are in receipt of Job Seekers Allowance or Universal Credit contact your local Job Centre today and ask about NEA, a 13-week business training and grant Start-up scheme funded by the Government.
We will pair you with one of our Business Advisors who will provide guidance as they help you develop a business plan and mentor you through the early stages of trading. Financial support of up to £2,274 is also available in this scheme for each business owner.
