Ofsted has today published an interim report showing that strengthened expertise in the leadership team and a clear strategic plan lies at the heart of progress made by national training provider PeoplePlus Group.
PeoplePlus Group was awarded a strong Grade 2 result in their 2017 Ofsted inspection. The latest interim findings show that PeoplePlus continues to progress, securing its position as one of the most consistent, reliable training providers in the country.
Speaking today, Simon Rouse, Managing Director at PeoplePlus Group said:
“I’m delighted that Ofsted has recognised the progress we’ve made since August 2017. Since July 2018 our apprenticeship and adult learning business has grown significantly. We have supported thousands of apprentices over the years and currently have approximately 4,000 on our programme. Our success lies in ensuring our employers achieve a return on investment whilst putting the learner at the heart of everything we do.”

Ofsted has also welcomed the significant investment that PeoplePlus Group has made in online systems, saying it ensures that leaders, managers and employers have the information necessary to monitor closely the progress of learners and apprentices, thus helping to provide better support.
