Do you see yourself as the future face of the IT industry, or health care or logistics, working for the world’s leading brands?

We’ve launched more than 50 traineeships at major firms including Unilever, BUPA and Ricoh have for unemployed 16-24 year olds across the UK.

Our traineeships offer young people a chance to get relevant qualifications and on-the-job training in a range of industries, including healthcare, food production, business administration and technology.

Details of the national opportunities are advertised on our Future Face website, launched this week by skills training provider PeoplePlus. Current traineeship vacancies can be found in London, Doncaster, Northampton and Birmingham, with new traineeships starting all the time.

What is a traineeship?

Traineeships are a government-funded programme designed to help people who have struggled to get into find work, training or apprenticeships.

The programme combines classroom and on-site training, offering the advantage of both learning and practicing in a real-life work environment. On completion, trainees are guaranteed an interview which may lead to a job or paid apprenticeship.
