We want to engage with providers who are able to work alongside us to enhance our service offer to significant existing and new levy paying employers. PeoplePlus has delivered apprenticeships since 2006. During that time we have supported over 14,000 people to successfully complete their apprenticeships. We currently deliver over 1200 apprenticeships from level 2 up to level 5 in sector areas including Business Administration, Leadership and Management, Construction, Manufacturing Technologies, Warehousing and Distribution, IT and Customer Services with performance rates exceeding the national average. We are listed on the ESFA Register of Apprenticeship Training Providers and awarded a ‘Good’ grade by Ofsted in June 2017.
We are seeking to work with like minded organisations whose apprenticeship offer compliments our own in order to build fully rounded bespoke offers for prospective levy paying employers. PeoplePlus are looking for partners to support in delivery of training and employment, education, traineeship and apprenticeship outcomes for learners across Cheshire, Warrington, Staffordshire and Stoke.
Providers must be on the Register of Training Providers and working towards or hold Matrix accreditation and have a proven track record of successful progression opportunities for learners. Providers should be able to demonstrate a range of suitable training available to learners both accredited and non-accredited.

We are looking for partners to support the delivery of our ESFA non-levy Apprenticeship contract. Specifically we are looking for partners who deliver programmes such as IT, Social Media and Digital Marketing, Construction and other niche provision. We are looking for partners who deliver to both the 16-18 age group and 19+ age group, however we would also look at a mix of age provision.
You must be on the Register of Apprenticeship Training Providers (RoATP), either hold or be working towards the Matrix accreditation, have a track record of successful Apprenticeship delivery and be able to provide suitable evidence and references for the completion of the Due Diligence process.

PeoplePlus has secured a position on all six geographic Lots under DWP’s Umbrella Agreement for Employment & Health Related Services (UAEHRS). PeoplePlus is the only bidder to have qualified in all 6 UAEHRS geographic Lots, and has also qualified for DWP’s national Lot (Lot 7).
The UAEHRS will run for the next four years, and all major DWP contracted employment programmes are expected to be commissioned through it during that time. Through the UAEHRS, PeoplePlus has therefore qualified to tender for DWP’s new Work and Health Programme for all available prime contracts across the whole of England and Wales.
PeoplePlus already delivers 9 DWP Work Programme prime contracts, as well as a wider range of programmes on behalf of The Skills Funding Agency, Ministry of Justice, and local authorities. It is a division of the wider Staffline Group plc, a national recruitment and workforce management provider.

PeoplePlus is looking to build upon our existing partner network in Scotland to support our Scottish Employability Support Services (SESS) bids which will replace the Work Programme and Work choice contracts. The SESS will provide specialist support for the long-term unemployed and claimants with health conditions and disabilities.
The new programme will run from April 2018 and require us to work closely with specialist health services, specialist intervention partners and experts in this field. We are looking to work with like minded organisations, large and small, across Scotland with expertise in the treatment and rehabilitation of people with health conditions and complex barriers. Potential partners must share our commitment to delivering high performing services that transform people’s lives and provide a positive impact to our local communities, and have a strong footprint both locally and regionally.

The Government announced in January 2016 a doubling of funding for relationship support over the life of this Parliament. As part of this initiative The Department for Work and Pensions are looking to procure a National targeted Relationship Support Provision for Disadvantaged Families. The new programme aims to provide evidence-based targeted support for families of the most disadvantaged children, whether the parents are together or separated. We are interested in hearing from providers in any area of England.
