What We Do

The Central HR Team are here to support the operational business on all aspects of HR from Resourcing and HR Administration through to providing high quality effective advice on all employee related matters.

The HR Team is split into General HR and Employee Relations.

The General HR team provides support on HR Administration, HR Systems, Resourcing & On-Boarding, Reward & Benefits, MI, Talent Development, Learning & Development and employee Engagement.

The Employee Relations team is responsible for all ER and employee related matters and also Safeguarding and Equality & Diversity.
