Construction plus fully funded CSCS Card Pathway
For learners who want an opportunity to work at a builder’s merchant or a labourer on a construction site. Our programme has been designed to equip learners with the skills needed for all eventualities, for example, those who want to be self-employed will need to understand the selling process and what is meant by excellent customer service. Those working on-site will need excellent team working skills and, in some cases, lead a team to get a task done. The Construction course helps learners develop competencies, such as, time-management, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Our programme will support learners develop key skills in customer service, retail, health and safety, teamwork and how to work on a construction site. After completing your training, learners will get a Working Safely qualification, to ensure themselves and others are kept safe. PeoplePlus will, also, cover the expenses of learners’ CSCS cards, the required certificate within the UK construction industry that proves they received the appropriate training to work on-site.
