We’ll help you prepare for your new career with our employability training programme

If you’re based in Glasgow, South Lanarkshire or North Lanarkshire, we can help you.

Delivered in partnership with Skills Development Scotland, this programme gives you the skills and qualifications employers are looking for in their new recruits.

This free programme is split into two stages – one lasting four weeks, and another lasting six weeks. Both offer the chance to build your skills, knowledge and confidence in preparation for landing your dream job.

As well as dedicated learning opportunities, you’ll get support with CV building, job applications and interviews. We’ll also keep in touch with you for six months after the programme to offer any help, guidance and support.

Four-week programme:

  • Suitable for people aged 18 or over
  • Face to face and online engagement
  • Online learning covering a range of sectors
  • Accredited qualifications
  • Help to build your CV
  • Mock interviews
  • Job application support
  • Help to answer competency-based questions
  • Support for 26 weeks afterwards


Six-week programme:

  • Suitable for people aged 16 or over
  • Face to face and online engagement
  • SQA accredited qualifications in employability, customer skills, and self-awareness
  • Help to build your CV
  • Mock interviews
  • Job application support
  • Support for 26 weeks afterwards
