Helping Employers provide In-Work Support

So people get jobs, better jobs, and careers.

Employer actions can attract and retain staff who really want to work and need additional support.

Adults aged 19 and over in England are entitled to lifelong learning support. Government funding is allocated for this purpose via the Adult Education Budget - and it is significant.

Circa £2.7 billion is ringfenced to tackle a vast range of adult learning and upskilling needs, and employers can draw on this funding on behalf of eligible employees.

Supporting and delivering learning and development is packed with social value - so understanding how to access and distribute this funding to maximise the benefits and positive impact on those who need it most has always been a key priority for PeoplePlus.

Our 30 years+ experience of working with people with barriers to employment means we can can make a complex landscape easy to navigate.

And as the pace of change accelerates, sourcing a 'one size fits all' solution is unlikely - but we believe the understanding and experienced distilled in the PeoplePlus Social Value Solutions team are as close as it gets!

We are uniquely placed to enable Employers to achieve operational efficiencies, improvements in performance against Environmental, Social and Governance goals and more. We do this by tracking developments to match employers in our network with funding opportunities that complement their business goals, or kick-off and support rewarding, mutually beneficial partnerships with others who can!
