Probation Services

PeoplePlus Warwickshire and West Mercia Community Rehabilitation Company is one of the 21 Community and Rehabilitation Companies (CRCs) across England and Wales. WWMCRC is part of the criminal justice system and works in partnership with the National Probation Service (NPS), Police, Prisons and Courts.

Our aim is to continue to protect the public, reduce reoffending and support the rehabilitation of service users. We provide a range of services and interventions, which are designed to deliver the sentence of the Court, facilitate positive change in the behaviour and lifestyles of service users and reduce reoffending rates.

Offender management of individuals on community orders, supervision and licence is provided by qualified and trained Probation Officers and Probation Service Officers within WWMCRC.

We offer a range of interventions and rehabilitation activities including:

Community Payback

Accredited Programmes

Women’s Services

Resettlement Programmes delivered in prisons and on release

The CRC also works with multiple Criminal Justice Partners to provide a rehabilitative approach to reduce re-offending.

We are entering a period of teaching and learning innovation never experienced before in prisons. We are determined that those seeking to use education to help their desistance journey have access to the highest quality learning opportunities through inspiring teachers and great resources
