Our popular webinars

Our webinars are available as stand-alone options, or as part of our digital subscription packages. Understanding Stress

Delegates will look at the effects of stress hormones and understand why acute and chronic stress need to be differentiated, as well as looking at what causes stress. The session concludes with a discussion about self-awareness and how to detect and acknowledge stress in ones’ self before a Q&A session with our wellbeing specialist.

The session will explore a number of evidence-based techniques to build resilience. It  concludes with a personal commitment from attendees as to which resilience techniques they plan to try in the next fortnight.
