Apprenticeships in Wales

Improve your business and get up to £4,000 for taking on a new apprentice in Wales.

We can help take your business to the next level with our Apprenticeship programme.

You’ll get an enthusiastic new worker, and we’ll help to train them.

With a wide range of Apprenticeships to choose from, we can provide you with the talent you need – at the right level.

We offer a full suite of qualifications, from Level 2 to Level 5. And everything can be tailored to your needs. You can inject new blood into your business or even upskill and train your existing employees.

We are committed to creating a package that is right for you and your business. We can map your existing training and development programmes and competencies to nationally recognised accredited qualifications.

And we’re able to offer incentive payments of between £1000-£4000 for employers recruiting new apprentices.

Our offer is available for:

  • Employers recruiting up to ten new people
  • New apprentices or people who’ve been made redundant from an Apprenticeship
  • Apprentices who are on at least a 16-hour contract
  • Employers who commit to the duration of an Apprenticeship

Half of the incentive will be paid after four weeks, with the remaining half paid after 270 days providing the Apprenticeship is still ongoing.
