PATHWAYS TO EMPLOYMENT

Your new career starts here!

Train for a new career with our pathways to employment

All our training is designed to help people progress in their careers.

Working closely with local and national employers, we’ve developed a series of sector-specific training pathways to help you get on in whatever industry you’re interested in.

And getting on with us is as easy as ABC. We’ll prepare you for A job, a Better job, and a Career.

All for free, as long as you meet the eligibility criteria.

These short courses typically last between one and two weeks and will help you get accredited qualifications that employers recognise.

We have the stats to back it up too: Our success rates are 94% - that’s 9% higher than the national average. And in 2020, over 60% of learners who did a training course with us moved straight into work.

Training is delivered in a number of different ways, including in a traditional learning setting at one of our centres or at one of our many employer partners. We also offer a popular study-from-home option

You’ll also find us at ‘pop-up’ locations across England. These are easy-to-get-to and well-supported by public transport links, making it super easy for you to join us.

Once you’ve completed your pathway, we’ll hook you up with local employers and other agencies to help you land interviews and other opportunities to progress your careers.
