Probation Delivery Partners

The Ministry of Justice (MOJ) is changing its approach to the delivery of probation services. From 2021 the new Probation Delivery Partners (PDP), private and voluntary sector organisations will deliver interventions and rehabilitative services; including Unpaid Work, Accredited Programmes, non-accredited structured interventions, with a role in supporting the NPS to identify and deliver wider innovation.

We are looking for partners who share our vision, values and commitment to delivering high performing services that transform people’s lives, building on our existing Justice partner network to deliver the Unpaid Work, Accredited Programmes and Non-Accredited Structured Interventions elements of the Ministry of Justice (MOJ) Probation Delivery Partner Contract. We will issue further calls for partners for the Dynamic Framework once we have reviewed the specification.
