Regional Skills Delivery Partner Framework

Due to the impact of Covid-19 on the skills sector and the wider economy PeoplePlus is currently looking to build on its existing delivery partner network across our unemployed and employed skills delivery to ensure we can be flexible and agile to continue to meet and respond to the current and changing demands of individuals and employers across our existing contracts.

We are looking for ‘end-to-end’ delivery partners to join our ‘Regional Skills Delivery Partner Frameworks’ from August 2020 to support our existing skills delivery; priority will be given to organisations:

  • That can demonstrate local infrastructure and readiness to deliver within the region(s)
  • With a strong track record of local delivery of skills programmes within the region(s)
  • Delivering vocational and technical training linked to the regional priority sectors
  • With effective existing local integration and engagement strategies supporting communities and priority learner groups
  • Delivering strong positive progression and employment outcomes for learners
  • Delivering innovative training provision and skills solutions

We are looking to hear from a diverse range of partners who share our vision, values and commitment to delivering high performing services that transform people’s lives. Providers successful in being selected to join the ‘Regional Skills Delivery Partner Framework’ will enable their organisations the opportunity to be considered for a subcontract with PeoplePlus to deliver as part of our supply chain.

The contracts/provision covered by the ‘Regional Skills Delivery Partner Framework’, at present, includes, but is not limited to:

  • ESF Skills Support for the Unemployed – North East
  • ESF Skills Support for the Unemployed – Tees Valley
