PeoplePlus’ employment law courses give managers and HR professionals a practical look at how to manage people situations effectively, with confidence and within the legal framework.

Each workshop explores the ‘what’ the ‘why’ and the ‘how’ of what employment law requires in a day-to-day context, providing a solid understanding of the steps needed plus clear and easy-to-use techniques to use back in the workplace.

Designed by lawyers who ‘walk the talk’ and experienced training professionals, each workshop is supported by a detailed workbook. The on-the-day experience incorporates a variety of exercises to create clear frameworks of knowledge and to practice the techniques.

Courses for Managers

All our workshops can be adapted, and the content of case studies tailored, to reflect the managers’ working environment.  Each is a one day practical and participative workshop for a group of up to 12 managers.

On Going Development Via Animated Videos

Support can be available for managers long after they have attended the course via a suite of four minute animated videos. These give in time, on point support that’s targeted on the necessary next steps the manager needs to take.

Designed to align to your policies, providing timely refreshers on the techniques developed in the workshop, these videos can be added to the training to give a go-to tool for managers for a year (or more) after the workshop.
