Employer Engagement for Training Providers
PeoplePlus nurtures connections with a network of engaged businesses in most sectors across the UK. We enable access to these employers and their opportunities by working closely with key decision makers. This diverse range of employers share their opportunities with us, in some cases exclusively, so that we can be a reliable bridge between employers and training providers who need to create vocational pathways for their learners.
We are currently actively working with around 200 employers across the UK – they include G4S, who share multiple opportunities in the Security sector, Amazon, who trust PeoplePlus and partners to offer candidates suited to opportunities across their distribution chain, GXO, Webhelp, OMNI Facilities Management, The Works, Smyths Toys, Reed Boardall and Tesco, to name but a few.
We work hard to make the journey to sustainable work easier for candidates. The Sector Based Work Academies that Training Providers deliver are valuable to employers as they can access pre-screened, pre-trained individuals who have recently demonstrated their competence and suitability. It all adds up to a process that adds value for every stakeholder.
This work supports our core mission – to create equity of access to opportunities for all, and in so doing, change society for the better, one individual at a time.
We strive to keep a constant balance between numbers of Training Providers with candidates looking for opportunities, and employers with suitable numbers and types of vacancies.
