We offer a range of services to help people across the Tees Valley progress their careers.

Working across Darlington, Hartlepool, Stockton-on-Tees, Redcar, Cleveland and Middlesbrough, our teams work in partnership with local employers and the Tees Valley Local Enterprise Partnership to provide relevant training linked to the local labour market.

The region has really strong healthcare, retail and manufacturing sectors, while the energy, digital and creative industries are growing year-on-year.

As Britain’s leading provider of skills training, we know what works to help you have a successful career. We have great links with local and national employers like Amazon, Tesco, McQueens Dairies, Smyths Toys, SSK, ILS, Approach Personnel, and Anglican Water  – and after undertaking training with us, you could even land a guaranteed interview with them.

We’ve supported more than half a million people with skills and training – you could be next.

Our programmes are usually free, as long as you meet the eligibility criteria. And taking part won’t affect any benefits you might be receiving.

Whether you’re unemployed looking for work, looking to progress up the career ladder, or are a young person looking for guidance, our team can help you.
