GOLD Investors in People Accreditation

PeoplePlus is proud to announce that we have been awarded Gold accreditation by Investors in People (IIP) an achievement that reflects the commitment, leadership, and shared purpose across our entire organisation.
This is our second IIP assessment and a step up from our previous Silver rating in 2022, placing us among the top-performing 28% of organisations assessed by IIP. The Gold accreditation recognises not only that we have the right principles in place, but that they’re being lived day to day. It demonstrates that our people and leaders are working consistently to create a culture where everyone feels informed, supported, and able to thrive.
Investors in People are an independent workplace engagement specialist. They work with organisations like ours to measure, improve and recognise workplace engagement. They focus on ‘making workplaces better’, working closely with organisations to measure engagement and share insights to improve cultures.
The IIP assessment included a detailed colleague survey, team interviews and document review. All of our colleagues had the opportunity to share feedback on how PeoplePlus is leading, inspiring, developing and recognising its people.
The feedback report acknowledged how much we’ve improved over the last three years, not just in systems and structure, but in the everyday experience of working at PeoplePlus. Our assessor noted that we’re "driving improvements in how you support your people, engaging and involving them in the decisions that have an impact on them, so they can contribute effectively to the business."
Highlights from our assessment included:
- Strong feedback on leadership visibility, communication, and support.
- Positive responses about our onboarding process, career progression, and internal communications.
- Praise for our benefits package, leadership development and embedding of our Trademarks throughout the business.
- A clear sense that PeoplePlus has a culture where people are trusted, empowered, and supported to make decisions.
The feedback shows that colleagues feel able to speak freely, contribute ideas, and take ownership of their work. One employee described PeoplePlus as “the best place I’ve worked anywhere. The atmosphere … I’ve never once dreaded coming into work.”
