Join our partner network and help us make a difference

We’re always on the lookout for new opportunities to help more people – and we know we can’t do it alone.

Whether you’re helping people pick up new skills, supporting them into work, encouraging people to lead crime free lives or helping people to live independently, we want to hear from providers who want to make a difference.

Welsh Government’s Employability Support Programme (ESP)

This programme will provide tailored support for individuals, particularly those most disadvantaged in the labour market, to build skills and move into sustainable employment. The programme will focus on enhancing personal development and well-being for those individuals needing the most support to enter the labour market through tailored employability and skills training, personal development, and wellbeing support to help people move into, and remain in, employment.

With over 20 years’ experience delivering in Wales, we work in close partnership with the Welsh Government, DWP and local employers to tailor our services to regional labour market demand and national strategic priorities. Our portfolio includes delivery of the Welsh Government’s Jobs Growth Wales+ programme and The Restart Scheme, providing targeted, personalised support to individuals facing complex barriers to employment.

We welcome expressions of interest from likeminded organisations that work with young adults across North, Mid, South West and South East Wales.

If you would like to express your interest, follow the link below. Please complete the EOI by 5pm Friday 20th March.
