For more than three decades, we've delivered employment programmes for national and devolved governments, combined authorities and local councils across England, Scotland and Wales. Over that time, we've supported hundreds of thousands of people into work, many of whom had been told, directly or indirectly, that work wasn't for them.
Our experience has taught us what works: one-to-one support built around the person, strong relationships with local employers, and help that carries on once someone starts a job.
