Fresh Start

Programme

Supporting justice-involved individuals to get a fresh start.

In partnership with North Lanarkshire Council, our Fresh Start programme helps individuals who’ve been involved with the justice system to take their next step, whether that’s starting a job or launching a business.

A fresh pathway to work or self-employment

We understand that everyone’s journey is different. That’s why Fresh Start offers a structured but flexible support model, tailored to each person’s needs.

Working closely with justice-involved individuals, we provide one-to-one help from a dedicated Key Worker or Business Advisor, who will guide them towards sustainable employment or self-employment options.

This programme supports:

- People aged 16+, post school
- Living in North Lanarkshire
- With justice involvement
