We were delighted to be invited to participate in a panel discussion exploring “What does success look like for the new Specialist Employability Services (SES)?” The session offered a dynamic mix of perspectives including input from policy makers, local authorities, providers, employers, and those with lived experience. This variety of voices made for a truly engaging and thought-provoking conversation on the future of employability support.
