Kenny Boyle

CEO

Kenny has a mission to make PeoplePlus a great place to work, so that colleagues can focus on delivering the very best experience for their clients, customers and  service users; to give people the skills, training and support to overcome the barriers they face to get into work and progress in their careers - creating better futures for themselves and their families. 

Kenny joined PeoplePlus as Chief Operating Officer in 2018, bringing with him extensive experience in outsourced public services. Prior to this, he was Managing Director of the successful Automatic Enrolment (AE) Contract with The Pensions Regulator and DWP at Capita. Earlier in his career, he worked as a strategy consultant, advising major brands such as Apple, Sainsbury’s, BT, and Rolls-Royce.

In addition to his role at PeoplePlus, Kenny serves as a trustee and Chair of the disability charity Tourism for All. He holds an MBA from Cambridge University and is a fellow of both the Chartered Institute of Marketing and the Institute of Employability Professionals.

Emma Yorke

Divisional Managing Director for Justice

Emma has worked in senior roles in the education and training sector for over 20 years and has a particular passion for supporting adult learners who are looking for a “second chance” into learning. Emma has a proven track record in driving the quality of curriculum and its delivery, challenging new and innovative ways of learning and development at every opportunity. Engaging with commissioners as a trusted partner to achieve the strategic ambition and intent of our contract portfolio is a primary focus for Emma in her current role alongside ongoing research into critical challenges including literacy and digital skills.

Chris Harrison

Divisional Managing Director for Community

Chris oversees our Community Division which delivers contracts in employability and independent living in England, Wales and Scotland that support people with access to employment, training or mainstream programmes. Chris has over 20 years experience across a range of operational, strategic and business development roles, from front line to Executive and Non-Executive Director level, within public, private and VCSE organisations covering the employability, skills and justice sectors.

Laura Savage

Partner Services and Social Value Solutions Director

Laura oversees our Partner Services Division, which encompasses our Social Recruitment Framework, the national Employer Relationships and Social Value Solutions teams. She is an Executive Lead on the Social Recruitment Advocacy Group and Social Recruitment Covenant. 

Laura and her team support a growing network of employers to embrace social recruitment as members of the Social Recruitment Advocacy Group, and signatories to the Social Recruitment Covenant, opening up new opportunities for businesses to thrive while adding social value. 

Andrew Turnbull

Business Development & Partnerships Director

Andrew Turnbull is the Business Development & Partnerships Director for PeoplePlus, and has been with the business since 2016. Andrew has over 15 years’ experience of leading business development teams, developing growth strategies and managing large scale complex bids in a range of sectors, including justice, welfare to work, skills, financial and legal advice, and health and social care

Suzie Brayshaw

Change and Central Operations Director

Suzie is responsible for all our change and transformation projects across the business. She also oversees our Central Operations Team, including Customer Service, Governance and Compliance.
