Tailored support to help you find work in Scotland
We’re here to help you get back to work in the Glasgow, Highlands and the Islands areas of Scotland.
Through the Fair Start Scotland service, we’ll provide you with 12 months of support to find work. It’s totally voluntary, free and taking part won’t affect any of your benefits.
Our tailored support will help to tackle any barriers to employment you may be facing. We have a successful track record of supporting people who have been out of work for significant periods of time, have disabilities or health conditions, are single parents, have caring responsibilities or have convictions.
We deliver the programme on behalf of the Scottish Government and work with local employers to help find fantastic opportunities in a range of different sectors.
We can also help you go self-employed or set up a new business if that's what you want.
Let us help you to have the career you dreamed of.
And our work doesn't stop when you find work. We'll continue to support you for a further 12 months to ensure you're happy in work.
