Earn while you work and learn

with our popular Apprenticeship programme in Wales.

Get the best of both worlds by getting on-the-job training with PeoplePlus.

You’ll get industry-recognised qualifications, and the skills employers are looking for in new recruits.

And don’t just think that Apprenticeships are just for young people fresh out of school. We offer Apprenticeships at all levels and for people of all ages.

Whatever your situation, we’ll have something for you.

Our Apprenticeship programme covers areas like:

  • Business administration
  • Business improvement
  • Childcare
  • Customer service
  • Health and social care
  • Hospitality and catering
  • Leadership and management
  • Playwork
  • Retail
  • Warehousing and storage
  • Information, Advice and Guidance
  • Carbon and Energy

Our Apprenticeships usually last between one and two years. You’ll earn at least the minimum wage for apprentices, but many employers pay more than this.

The Apprenticeships Wales Programme, led by the Welsh Government, is supported by the European Social Fund.
