Every YouCan experience is guided and led by a dedicated PeoplePlus Wellbeing coach. These compassionate and warm specialists bring their lived and professional experience to work every day. They have adapted the core principles of their community work to underpin this brand new approach.

In 2 x 2 hour intensive sessions, YouCan gives you time to discover positive wellbeing within your own circumstances with easy, practical tips on how to feel confident, empowered, resilient and listened to – Go from surviving to thriving!
You will join a group of like-minded people with diverse life experiences, brought together by a common need for better balance between the demands and what you can possibly achieve day to day.
Across the two, 2-hour sessions, YouCan will:
- Challenge you to identify your key drivers of negative stress
- Help you use that insight to re-orient your perception towards your own achievements
- Maximise your wellbeing knowledge by relearning which habits have helped you feel energetic in the past
- Showcase which self-care practices could work best for you NOW
- Explore emotions and coping strategies
- Improve resilience, confidence and self-esteem to tackle burn out
- Introduce small changes that make big differences through sleep exercise and healthier lifestyles
- Encourage positive thinking, mindfulness techniques, being thankful and creating a practical plan
Before the session you will receive a booklet of tips on how to prepare for the experience, and a goody bag in the post containing relaxing and mindful goodies to support you.
