Supporting prison leavers into sustainable employment
Inside Out Wales CIC is led by the incredible Chris Leslie and provides support for prison leavers helping them navigate their way from prison into sustained employment and a positive productive life. Chris works with employers and key organisations such as Welsh Government to drive change - encouraging corporate leaders and recruiting managers to think differently. Chris has supported the SRAG through talks and Lunch and Learn sessions since its inception and he is currently working with PeoplePlus on an exciting new venture to help employers tap into talented people who leave prison ready to start a new life.
