The Social Value Advocacy Group is both a space and a platform for employers to get in the room with experts who can test understanding, check for unconscious bias and help face knowledge gaps on how to work with people facing barriers to employment in collaborative, non-judgmental, ways. The upcoming session on the 16th of May, in London, looks at Neurodiversity, led by the Director of the Association of Accessible Employers, Viki Carpenter.
